Quality Assurance Plan
We, at S. Sony & Co. (P) Ltd. strive hard to provide the Client with a quality product, not only conforming to the specifications laid down, but also educating the Client to the new developments in the industry and making him aware of any products better in quality and cost competitive to those specified in the Contract.
Our Quality Assurance Plan comprises of the following steps :-
- Definition of Material Specifications as laid out in the Contract Document.
- Method Statements for carrying out the particular activity as per specified general practice.
- Typical Check lists for work completed/under progress so as to compare achieved results with specifications.
- Remedial actions/measures for bringing an item outside the deviation limits, to the acceptance norms.

We are committed through planning, education and training to promote the personal involvement of all employees in our environmental, health and Safety programs.
WORKING METHODOLOGY
The Working Methodology at S. Sony & Co. (P) Ltd. is very simple, but professionally oriented.
We select a few Prestigious & Unique Projects where at least one of our main Project Controllers is directly involved in day to day activities. This helps in achieving better coordination with the Clients/Project Managers and smooth functioning of the job.
The main Project Controller further selects the personnel best for the job involved and the Project/Team hierarchy is developed.
This team defines the various activities involved in the project and also formulates a Method Statement for executing the same. This statement is backed by a well thought out Quality Assurance Plan interpolated with the required time schedule of completion and further backed by a stringent Safety Policy.
All the above are combined to give a safe and quality job, within the required time frames, well coordinated with other agencies to the satisfaction of all Clients/Project Managers.
